If the size of the three-dimensional library tray does not match the later equipment, it will waste space, and increase the procurement cost.
Standard size pallets are required
In the industry, the stereoscopic tray is mainly Chuan - shaped tray and Tian - shaped tray. Chuan font tray also has the choice of high foot, chip and plane. Now the commonly used three-dimensional library tray has 1200*1000*150mm, 1200*1000*160mm, 1200*1200*15mm, 1200*1200*160mm and other standard sizes. The standard size pallet has better adaptability and is more smooth in the process of storage, turnover and transportation. Not easy to bump. At the same time, the standard size pallet can reduce the procurement cost. If it is a special size pallet, it needs to be customized. Its supporting shelves, stacking machines, shuttles, assembly lines and forklifts, etc., all need to be adapted to it. Later maintenance costs, replacement costs will undoubtedly increase.
* Reasonable planning of pallets is required
Automatic three-dimensional warehouse has the advantages of high efficiency, high density, high benefit and high flexibility. It can be built in buildings of all sizes and specifications. It is suitable for standard plastic tray models and can be integrated into other systems to optimize the warehouse process. According to the throughput requirements of the three-dimensional library and the storage density of the warehouse, we can take into account the cost and performance of the selection of pallets. If the number of pallets is reasonably planned, the average utilization rate of the three-dimensional library tray can reach more than 90%.
* The bearing capacity of pallets is required to meet the standards
Many people may not know the bearing capacity of the tray when purchasing the stereo tray. To know that the dynamic load, static load and shelf load bearing of trays are not the same, we need to preferably consider the cargo load when choosing the stereo tray.
* The bending degree of the pallet is required to meet the standard
When the stereo tray is used on the shelf, the marching curve tolerance test is required. When stacking a certain weight of goods on the surface of the pallet, the bending degree should be less than 5%, so that the pallet will not be deformed in the actual use process.
* The pallet is required to have strong tolerance
The tolerance of the stereoscopic tray is stronger. It is generally necessary to choose the tray for the production and processing of food materials, which has resistance to violent impact, chemical corrosion and temperature and humidity changes. If it is a stereo tray used in cold storage, it is also necessary to choose a special tray for cold storage, so that the service life of the tray will be longer.
